Therapeutic - To relieve the aches and pains we suffer as a result of modern living. A therapeutic massage, or deep tissue massage, concentrates on taking the stress out of shoulders, neck and back.

Full Body Relaxation - Relax and pamper yourself with an hour long full body massage.

Nutritional Advice

Qualified as a Nutritional Adviser, I can also help you capitalise on the hard work you are putting in during your training sessions, by advising you on healthy eating. After all, you will want to be able to actually see the muscles you are toning!
