For those new to exercising the thought of entering a gym can be daunting enough, never mind using the equipment or even working out an effective programme.

I will take all the stress away from those decisions and teach you safe and effective exercise techniques, motivating you right from the beginning.

We could work together at your home or your gym, and depending on what your aims are, could do so several times a week, once a week or even just once a month.

You can train alone or with a friend or partner – the choice is yours!

I have all my own equipment, which is fully portable, should you wish to workout in the privacy of your own home.
